Please note that portal messages are checked from 8am to 6pm Monday - Thursday and 8am to 4:30pm on Friday. If you have a question or request outside of those hours, please call our office.
Nurse Advice Line
We are dedicated to offering top-notch phone support for our families. Qualified team members who work on our pediatric advice line can answer your concerns, help you with your child's care, or decide whether your child requires an appointment.
These services are offered 7 days a week.
Monday: 7:00am- 7:00pm
Tuesday: 7:00am- 7:00pm
Wednesday: 7:00am- 7:00pm
Thursday: 7:00am- 7:00pm
Friday: 7:00am- 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am- 6:00pm
*Outside those hours, you can press 1 for the urgent line, which will take you to the PRN nurses, or press 2 for the non-urgent line to leave a voicemail for us to check the next morning.
