Cori Rogers

NURSE PRACTITIONER

Cori is from Knoxville, TN, and received her undergraduate Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Tennessee. During that time, she worked in the emergency room at East Tennessee Children's Hospital as an ER Technician. After earning her RN license, she worked in pediatric primary care while attending graduate school. She completed her Masters in Nursing in 2004, also from the University of Tennessee, and has enjoyed working as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner ever since.

Cori is certified through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board and is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. Her medical interests include vaccination education, holistic measures, preventative healthcare, and mentoring nurse practitioner students.

Born and raised in Knoxville, and having attended college there, Cori is a devoted Volunteers football fan. She practiced in Tennessee for three years before moving to South Carolina. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach, live music, yoga, and is an avid reader.
