Lisanne Zharsky

NURSE PRACTITIONER

Originally from The Netherlands, Lisanne spent many years in upstate New York before moving to Charleston in 2015. She obtained her nursing degree from SUNY Broome in 2010 and worked in inpatient neurology/ neurosurgery for many years before returning to school to follow her dream of becoming a nurse practitioner.   

She completed her Master of Science in Nursing while raising her two young children (both CPA patients!) and completing clinicals with Dr. Stripling at CPA.  Lisanne is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners board as a Family Nurse Practitioner, bringing knowledge of medical care across the lifecycle.  While working in the Neuro ICU at MUSC for six years, Lisanne recognized the importance of preventative care and developed a special interest in encouraging healthy lifestyles at an early age.  

Lisanne spends her spare time with her husband, two children, and their dog, Benny, enjoying water activities like kayaking, boating, and spending time at the beach.
